Service Description

The initial consultation will last for approximately 1 hr with a 30 min follow up phone call to explain and go through the plan with you over the phone in detail. In the first 60 min I will evaluate your needs and requirements in full, 48 hrs after your consultation you will receive a personal nutrition and supplement programme which will contain recommendations and appropriate recipes and handouts this will be explained to you in the 30 min phone call.
